Terms of use

The basics of using Luxigate. Last updated September 2026.

1. What Luxigate is

Luxigate is an online marketplace that lets independent luxury dealers and boutiques present their pre-owned pieces, and lets visitors browse, save, contact dealers and make offers. Luxigate is not a party to any sale.

2. Sales are between you and the dealer

Every piece is sold and fulfilled by the dealer named on its listing. The dealer is responsible for the accuracy of its listings, the authenticity of its pieces, and for payment, shipping, pickup and returns. Luxigate does not process payments, hold funds, or take possession of items.

3. Verified Dealers

“Verified Dealer” means the business was reviewed and approved by Luxigate. It is not a guarantee by Luxigate of any individual item. Authenticity is guaranteed by the dealer.

4. Offers and inquiries

An offer is an expression of interest at a price, not a binding purchase or payment. Dealers may accept, decline or counter. Offers expire after 7 days. Please only make offers you intend to honour, and use inquiries respectfully — we may restrict accounts that misuse them.

5. Your account

Keep your login details private and your contact information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Content

Listing content belongs to the dealers who publish it. Brand names are the property of their owners and are used to describe pieces; Luxigate and its dealers are not affiliated with those brands unless stated.

Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Luxigate is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands. Logo sources and licences are listed on our Credits page.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luxigate is not liable for transactions between buyers and dealers, or for the condition, authenticity or delivery of items.
